The volume and diversity of Indian hiring is exactly where an AI panel earns its keep: it can interview at any hour, in the candidate's language, and hold every conversation to the same bar. We're focused on making that work well for India first — language, accent, and context included — before anywhere else.
How we think about evaluation
We believe evaluation should be transparent. Our blog publishes how our proprietary scoring mechanism works — what the panel probes for, how it weighs evidence, and how we calibrate so two candidates are judged on the same scale.
